She was predeceased by : her parents, Shiloh Feltner and Bessie Feltner; her husband Webb Lewis; her son Jimmy Lewis; her daughter-in-law Marilyn Lewis; and her siblings, Gillis, Herman, Andrew, Paul, Lida Feltner and Kathleen Feltner Pennington.
She is survived by : her sons, Kenneth Lewis of Hyden, KY. and Joey Lewis (Norma); her siblings, Wade Feltner of Hyden, KY., Onzie Feltner (Margaret) and Rhoda Souder of Hyden, KY.; and her grandchildren, Eric Lewis, Christopher Lewis, Wayne Joseph, Tiffany Lewis, Heather Lewis, Kenny Ray Lewis and Travis Lewis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
