She is survived by: her siblings, David Lewis of Hyden, KY, Harry Reid Lewis of Wooton, KY, Loretta Sloan of Louisville, KY and Joan Lewis of Somerset, KY; her stepsiblings, Arlie Lewis of Indiana, Wanda Lewis of Indiana, Pauline Withrow of Hamilton, OH and Norma Jean Asher of Wooton, KY.; and her grandchildren, Melinda, Sundie, Patrick, Amber, Rhae Gina, Lorrie, Georgia, Katie and Audrey.
