She is survived by: her siblings, David Lewis of Hyden, KY, Harry Reid Lewis of Wooton, KY, Loretta Slone of Louisville, KY and Joan Lewis of Somerset, KY.; and her grandchildren, Melinda, Patrick, Amber, Rhaegina, Lorrie, Georgia, Katie and Audrey.
