She is survived by : her husband Alonzo "Bug" Howard of Hyden, KY; her children, Glen Howard of Hyden, KY and Misty Howard of Hyden, KY; and her brothers, Bige Randel Mills (Bonnie) of London, KY and Eugene Mills (Cassie) of Saul, KY.
