He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Jean Napier of Crane's Nest; his children, Steven Ray Napier (Cynthia) of Turkey Creek, Alena Mae Carnes (Jeff) of Gray and Jessie Allison Wyatt (Micah) of Livingston, KY; his siblings, Albert Napier, Jr. (Katrina) of Indianapolis, Frank Napier (Shellie) of London, Freddie Napier (Donna) of Barbourville, Jeff Napier (Christy) of Barbourville, Greg Napier of Barbourville, Richard Napier of Barbourville and Lois Rosser (Steve) of Trion; and his grandchildren, Jacob Carnes, Logan Carnes and Amelia Napier.
