He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Nicely and Arkie Huff; his wife Rachel Nicely; and his siblings, Orville and Helen.
He is survived by: his siblings, Hilbert Nicely, Bonnie Huff of Central City, KY. and Thelma Huff; his siblings-in-law, Bill Howard, Cecil Howard, Curtis Huff, Diane Howard and Loretta Howard; and his grandchildren, William Nicely, Dustin Melton, Brian Melton, Jordan Barnett and Madie Campbell.
