He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Austin of Palm Harbor and Valerie Lussier of Imlay City; his stepson Anthony Phipps (Wendy) of Vienna Indiana; his siblings, Onzie Feltner (Margaret) of Hyden, KY., Rhoda Feltner Souder of Hyden, Betty Jean Feltner Lewis (Jimmy) of Hyden and Fannie Feltner of Hyden; and his stepgrandsons, Dustan and Bryce Phipps.
