She is survived by : her boyfriend Ronald Dingess of Hode, KY; her children, Evan Curtis Seagraves of Inez, KY and Emily Chase Jewell (Keith) of Inez, KY; her siblings, Dwight Slone of Inez, KY, Dallas Slone (Tammy) of Inez, KY, William Slone (Beth), Denise King (Ronnie) of Inez, KY and Micki Sosby (Eddie) of Paris, KY.; her grandchild Carson Lee Jewell; and her stepgrandchildren, Keilan and Elaina Jewell.
