He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Elmer and Grace Strunk Ramsey; and his brothers, Claude Ramsey, Jr. and Willard Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ramsey; his daughter Phyllis Ann Hoskins; his grandson Charles Jason Hoskins; and his great grandchildren, Rebecca Hoskins and Emma Hoskins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
