She was predeceased by : her parents, John Abney and Minnie Crowe Abney; her husband Cecil Adams; her daughter Wavelene Adams Tipton; and her siblings, Viola Heid, Beulah Lewis, Alene Moore, Lucille McIntosh, Ruth Whittaker, Eugene Abney, Roy Thomas Abney and Berry Virgil Abney.
She is survived by : her daughters, Alma Gay Freimuth, Bellevue Shelia Deloris Adams and Irvine; and her brothers, Arthur Lee Abney and Hubert Clay Abney of Ohio. She is also survived by Several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
