Visitation was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Home Inc (224 Main St, Irvine, KY 40336). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Lewis Home For Funerals (224 Main St, Irvine, KY 40336).
