She was predeceased by : her father Timothy Henry; and her sister Shelly Henry. She is survived by : her mother Kay Henry; her children, Matthew Plowman, Johnny Ellington, Christopher Ellington and Kaylee Puckett; and her siblings, Timothy Estill Henry, Jacob Henry, Dylan Henry, Joseph Henry, Alivia Henry and Gracie Henry.
