She was predeceased by : her parents, Pearl Tipton and Biddie Barnes Tipton; her husband Virgil McIntosh; and her siblings, Neal, Manuel, Melvin Tipton, Golden Johnson, Mick McKee, Emma Lee Watson, Donnal Pack, Dorothy Ballard and Virginia Tipton.
She is survived by : her children, Garry McIntosh of Clay City and Kathy McIntosh of Ravenna; her granddaughters, Heather and Tara McIntosh; and her brothers, Bradly Tipton (Sheila) of Ravenna and Paul Tipton of Berea. She is also survived by two great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
