He was predeceased by : his father John P. Metcalf, Jr.; and his great-niece Lily Ann Metcalfe. He is survived by : his mother Wanda Metcalf of Irvington, KY; his siblings, Deborah Cloyd (Tony) of Hamilton, OH, Larry Metcalfe (Kathy) of Louisville, KY, Alan Metcalf of Irvington, KY and David Metcalf of San Diego, CA; his nephews, Jeremy Metcalfe and Christopher Lechleiter; and his great-niece Ryli Lechleiter.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, facemasks must be worn and visitors during busy periods may be asked to wait until others leave before entering.
