He is survived by: his wife Kathleen A Toy; his children, Jeff Toy of Irvington, KY, Sherri Jo Moore (Tom) of Jeffersonville, IN, Michelle Wray of Louisville, KY, Teri Lachman (Kirk) of Las Vegas, NV and Jodi Henderson of Jeffersonville, IN; his brother-in-law Stan Kullbom (Lissa) of Mesa, AZ.; his grandchildren, Tony Meadows Jr. of Dallas, TX, Krissy Chavez (Manny) of Grand Prairie, TX, Annie Gregory (Erik), Elizabeth and Amy Wray of Louisville, KY; and his granddaughter-in-law Cyndi Meadows of Niceville, FL. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and a nephew.
