He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Watts and Clara Noble Watts; his siblings, Ishmael, Ike Jr., Clell Watts, Audrey Combs and Connie Watts; and his great grandchild Waylon Watts.
He is survived by: his wife Ruthie Knarr Watts of Jackson; his children, Wayne Watts (Teresa) of Jackson and Jody Watts of Pembrook; his brothers, Jay Watts (Carmie) of Vanckeve, Zane Watts of Lost Creek, Jake Watts (Bessie) of Watts and Ronnie Watts of Paintsville; his grandsons, Isaac Travis Watts (Kellie), Jarrod Wayne Watts (Chasity) and Glennis Shane Watts; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Watts, Whitley Watts, Alyssa Watts, William Watts and Wyatt Watts. He is also survived by Three Sisters.
