He was predeceased by : his father Michael John Pavlik, Sr.; his wife Theresa Pavlik; and his brother Joseph Figard. He is survived by : his mother Mary Ann Pavlik (Lapowitz) of Delaware; his son Curtis Pavlik of Columbia; and his siblings, Cheryl Figard of Delaware and Michael Romeis of Texas.
