She is survived by: her husband Cleveland Combs, Jr.; her children, James C. Combs (Sonya) and Connie Lichvar (Rick); and her sisters, JoAnn Montague, Patty Sue Harris (Bobby), Kathy Sue Wintek (Tom) and Debra Ella Hunt. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
