He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lamkin and Regina Lamkin; and his siblings, Mary Catherine Lamkin Miles, Francis Howard Lamkin, Margaret Jean Blair and Nancy Rose Lamkin.
He is survived by: his brother Maurice Lamkin (Rita). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions a private visitation and funeral will be held at Ratterman and Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road.
