She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Berry; and her brother Gary Berry. She is survived by: her husband Mark Dietzman; her children, Adam Dietzman (Emily), Allison Dietzman and Ashlee Dietzman (Ryan); her mother Beatrice Berry; her siblings, Pamela Madison, Myron Berry, Melanie Gray, Miriam Graham and Kent Berry; her brother-in-law Rick Dietzman (Sandy); and also Sammy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shirley's Way.
