She was predeceased by: her brothers, Patrick, Michael, Sadie and Peanut. She is survived by: her husband Norman Fultz, Jr.; her sisters, Connie Lindstrom (Dale), Tina McKinney (Donald), Susie Porter (Cindy) and Kathy Fugate (Ricky); her nieces and nephews, Brandie, Steven, Samantha, Stacey and Josean; and also, Socks, Maddie, Lukey, Norman Fultz III (Marsha), Tammy Kaiser (Zane), Donna Ruddell, Julie Bronner (Mike), Kelli Dorsey (Wayne) and Anthony Fultz.
