She was predeceased by: her parents, James Adam and Ethel Drake Shake; her husband Eugene Jenkins; her son Malcolm Jenkins; and her siblings, Charles David Shake of James, Ernest Ray Shake and Ruby Lee Butler.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Sharon Jenkins; her granddaughters, Andrea Bailey, Samantha Jenkins (Russell Patrick) and Danielle Harris (Gene); and her great grandchildren, Logan and Kaelin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home (111 N Bardstown Rd, Mt Washington, KY 40047). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at the Resthaven Memorial Park (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218).
