She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Couch and Lucy Marie Roberts Couch; her husband John Iker; her daughter Becky Iker; her brother Kenneth Begley; and her great grandchild Kase Waldron.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Iker, Sandra Gibson (Joe) of Jeffersonville, KY, Brenda Groves (James) of Mt. Sterling, Deborah Thomas (Darren Lawson) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Kathy Frisby (Bill) of Owingsville, KY; her brother Curt Couch (Marie) of Hyden, KY; her grandchildren, Tasha McIntyre, Jodie McIntosh, DesTinee Groves, Brooklyn Thomas, Tiffany Waldron, Jessica Iker, Jennifer Gasparelli and Jarah Iker; and her cousin Ethel Miller (Larry). She is also survived by great-great grandchildren; and many family members.
