She was predeceased by : her husbands, John Knox Tapp and Malcolm Frazier; her brother Roger Dale Barber; and her niece Becky Barber. She is survived by : her son John Tapp (Tammy); her granddaughter Brandi Tapp Faulkner (Sam); her great grandchild Dakota Faulkner; her sister Linda Huff (Linwell); her aunt Louise Tipton; and her niece Tammy Rutherford.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals (1002 Woodford Dr, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at the Machpelah Cemetery.
