He is survived by: his wife Terry Ann Walls Davis; his children, Shane Davis (Michelle) of Campbellsville, Chad Fields (Ashley) of Stanford, Brittany Robbins (Brad) of Parksville and Elyse Warlick (Tanner) of Harrodsburg; his grandchildren, Zane Fields, Lexie Anderson, Emily Cheyenne Davis, Shelby Lynn Davis, Lula Warlick, Porter Warlick, Maisie Warlick, Bryce Robbins and Beckett Robbins; his brothers, Mark Satterly of Parksville and Sean Satterly (Peggy) of Parksville; and his siblings' children, Tyler Satterly (Alexis) of Junction City, Taylor Satterly of Lexington and Brittany Demaree (Brad) of Madison, Indiana..
