He is survived by : his wife Patricia Ann Holmes Gupton of Golo; his sons, Kevin Gupton (Judith) of Murray and Ronald Gupton (Carrie) of Kirksey; his brother Wayne Gupton of Mayfield; and his grandchildren, Madison Gupton, Casey Gupton, Rae Ann Gupton and Sarah Gupton.
