She is survived by : her husband Jerry Hamilton; her sons, Steve Simmons (Vicki) of Murray, KY, Shawn Simmons (Keri) of Murray, KY and Shea Simmons (Cheeky) of Murray, KY; her stepchildren, Scott Hamilton (Rhonda) of Mayfield, KY, Gina Colley (Al) of Farmington, KY and Jana Erwin (Jack) of Mayfield, KY; and her siblings, Joe Scarbrough (Joyce) of Orlando, FL, Glenda Hughes of Murray, KY and Kathy Farris (Jimmy) of Murray, KY. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
