He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hensley and Hannah Couch Hensley; his wife Ruth Lee Hensley; and his daughters, Earline Adams and Renee Hensley.
He is survived by: his son Tim (Stephanie Hensley); his granddaughter Raelyn; and his caregivers, Tiffany, Lisa, Gail and Earl. He is also survived by two grandchildren.
