It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kimberly Anne (Pence) Mattingly of Knottsville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles Robert Pence; and her grandparents, Germie, Isabell Winchell, Bob and Charlesetta Pence.
She is survived by: her mother Mary Winchell; her children, Garrett Mattingly (Amanda) of Knottsville, Issac Mattingly (Morgan) of Maceo and Allie Mattingly of Knottsville; her grandchildren, Brayden, Adalynn, Paxton, Alijah, Izaiah and Preston; and her siblings, Kelley Pence and Kerry Pence (Julie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews along with a village of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
