He was predeceased by : his parents, Sonny Maxwell and Willie Mae Maxwell. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Ann Caldwell of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.; his daughter Ayeshia Caldwell of Kansas City; his stepchildren, Denise Young of Union City, TN, Canita Nettles of Colorado Springs, Colorada and Lonnie Wooten of Dyersburg, TN; and his sisters, Martha Moore of Dyersburg, TN, Lula Caldwell of LaCenter, KY and Terry Louise Hill of Dyersburg, TN..
