He is survived by : his son Charles Miller (Wendy) of LaCenter, KY; his siblings, Bob Miller of Barlow, KY, John Miller of North Carolina, William Earl Miller of Barlow, KY, Donnie Miller of Barlow, KY and Pat Burpo of Bardwell, KY; and his grandchildren, Abby Boulton, Nic Boulton, Lannie Miller and Kelsey Miller.
