He was predeceased by : his parents, James and Lou; and his sister Linda Dale Sullivan. He is survived by : his wife Linda Curtis of LaCenter; his children, John Earl Curtis of Sanford, Ben Lee Curtis (Rachel) of Benton, Teresa Curtis of LaCenter and Debra Webb (Ricky) of Bardwell; his siblings, Alan Curtis (Jennie) of Forrest City, David Curtis (Linda) of Paducah, Joe Don Curtis (Lori) of Mayfield, KY., Carole Skaggs of Wickliffe, KY and Karen Presson (James) of Cunningham, KY.; and his grandchildren, Dakota Webb (Kayleen), Clint Curtis, Cullen Curtis, Kaitlyn Curtis, Amanda Shay Webb, Halle Piercy and Ella Mae Curtis.
