She is survived by : her husband Larry Atherton; her children, Stephanie Young (Matt Bell) of Hickory, Monica McIntosh (Cary) of Lovelaceville, Jessica Stokes (Mason Baker) of Bandana and Mitchell Atherton (Paula) of Champagne, Illinois; her sisters, Vyra Campbell, Myra Stice and Carol Sheperd; her grandchildren, Chevy Trover, Bristol Trover, Chasidy Dowdy, Valerie McIntosh, Alex McIntosh, Dalton Bell, Katie Bell, Austin Atherton, Lexi Atherton, Katie Duncan, Madison Stokes, Riley Stokes and Conner Baker; and her great grandchildren, Markel Dowdy, Grayson Dunning and Garrett Dunning.
