He is survived by: his wife Angela Feldman-Harkins; his grandchildren, Haley Moran, Jessica Peery-Evans (Wayne Evans), Molly Little, Kayleanna Harkins, Makenzie Harkins, Alexander Harkins and Hadley Strotman; and his brother Paul Harkins.
