With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Opal Turner Mullins (La Grange, Kentucky), born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on May 27, 2019 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Mullins; and her siblings, Jewell Miniard and Eldon Turner. She is survived by: her sons, Chris Mullins (Melissa) and Todd Mullins (Tammy); her grandchildren, Christopher Mullins (Brittany), Hannah Ogara (Dylan), Haley Mullins (Corbin Axtell), Kayla Chelf (Austin) and Lyndsey Mullins; and her siblings, Clayton Turner (Jean), Coburn Turner (Phyllis), Audrey Turner and Lonnie Turner (Fran).

Memorial donations can be made in Opal's name to Cedar Lake Lodge.
