It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Mays of Lancaster, Kentucky, who passed away on February 24, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Emmett Ray Mays; and her parents, Milton Litchfield and Irene Gagne Litchfield. She is survived by : her children, Emmett Ray Mays (Christine), John Milton Mays (Dianne), Frank Douglas Mays (Vicky), Phyliss Ann Parrish (Larry) of Lawrenceburg and Belinda Jean Mays of Lexington; and her brother Milton Litchfield of Clearmont, FL. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
