Simpson, Sr.; his wife Geraldine Daugherty Simpson; his sons, Roger Dale Simpson and Richard Dwayne Simpson; and his siblings, Paul D. Simpson, Mason H. Simpson, Delbert Simpson, David Simpson, Caroline Miller and Elizabeth Moberly.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Emily Adkins (John) of Danville and Richard S. Simpson of Danville; his sister Stella Simpson of Danville; and his great grandchildren, Riley Mitchell, Asher Adkins and Elijah Abee.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Shriner's Children's Hospitals.
