He was predeceased by: his wife Joann Collins Osborne; his parents, Melvin Osborne and Elizabeth Bridgeman Osborne; his siblings, Doug, James, Solomon Osborne, Gladys Adkins, Opal Marshall, Ella Hagans, Catherine Hall, Corraine Marshall and Geneva Osborne; and his granddaughter Michelle Slone.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lou Jean Martin of Topmost, KY, Barbara Cox of Garner, KY, Arlene Kimberly (Donald) of Mousie, KY and Patsy Goble (Rowland) of Hueysville, KY. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
