She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Lynn Bailey (Doug) of Langley, KY, Carol Jean Prater of Hueysville, KY, Kimberly Ann Shepherd of Frankfort, KY and Amy Warford; her siblings, Edward Ousley (Peg) of Blue River, KY, Jean Carr of Cincinnati, OH, Lillian Deturk (Lewis) of Peru, IN and Ruth Harmon of Warsaw, IN; her grandchildren, Kendra Marie Bailey Burgess (Kyle), Kalyn Farmer (Evan), Joshua Prater (Courtney) and Jacob Prater (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Landon Prater, Adelyn Burgess, Kaylee Marie Burgess, Conner Burgess, Kassidy Farmer, Bronxton Prater and Eli Francis; and her grandson Jayce Adkins.
