She is survived by: her children, Tony Milford Blevins (Debbie) of Sevierville, TN, Kirk Wade Blevins (Ginger) of Langley, KY, Faye Denice Queen (Wetzel) of Langley, KY and Joy Vanessa Hall (Herbert) of Langley, KY. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
