She was predeceased by : her parents, Hosea Ralph Casey and Geneva Thelma Overstreet Casey; her husband William Rusty Hawkins; and her siblings, Margaret Ann Campbell, Norman Casey and Ralph Casey Jr..

She is survived by : her children, Serina Renee Cooke (Brian) and Earl Shane Hawkins (Katy); her sisters, Verna Mae Boggess, Edith Fint and Jenny Shyrock; and her grandchildren, Dylan Thomas Hawkins, Megan Renee Hawkins, Alexis Marie Cooke, Dallan Tanner Hawkins, William Brooks Hawkins, Makaya Ballinger and Ben Ballinger. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Saffell House Funeral Home (340 S Main St, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.
