He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Chapman and Irene Hembrough Chapman; his brothers, Darwin Dobsy Chapman and Gary Chapman; and his sisters-in-law, Vicki Chapman and Teresa Rynders.
He is survived by : his wife Shirley Worrall; his daughter Trudy Wright (JD) of Lexington, KY; and his siblings, Ralph Allen Chapman of Rock Falls, Tom Chapman (Sharon) of Winnebago, Bryant, Holly Rhodes (Randy) of Jacksonville, FL, Becky Rhodes (Ronnie) of Sterling and Angie (Mike).
