She was predeceased by : her husband Frank David Rowe; her parents, Ottie Jeffries and Lora Jeffries; her great grandchild Karmen Malone; her brother William O. Jeffries; her sister-in-law Jeannette Hyatt Jeffries; her sister Shirley Ann Jones; and her brother-in-law Warren Jones.

She is survived by : her children, David Alan Rowe (Marlene) of Lawrenceburg, Dale Lee Rowe (Gwendolyn) of Jacksonville, AR, Darren Wayne Rowe (Pamela) of Lawrenceburg, Donna Sue Pursley (Danny) of Nevada, MO, Darla Kaye Sayre (Bo) of Lawrenceburg and Denise Marie Wilder (Bobby) of Lawrenceburg; and her grandchildren, Kurtis Pursley (Amy), Kendall Pursley (Stacey), Kyle Pursley, Daryl Rowe (Holli), Desiree Taggard (Michael), Darcia Malone (Kornelius), Lisa Hanks (Jeremy), Adam Sayre (Andrea), Heidi Sayre, Matthew Wilder (Christina), Patrick Rowe (Shannon) and Cassandra Caudill (Josh). She is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren; and 7 great great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (111 N Main St, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at the Lawrenceburg Cemetery South Main.
