She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Francis Cook; her parents, Douglas Underwood and Ezra Richardson Hilton; and her daughter Cynthia Susan Cook Adams. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Katherine Nicole Adams and Joseph Earl Adams; her great grandchildren, Cameron Stigers, Chelsey Stigers, Xavier Hill and Joselyn Hill; her great great grandchildren, Isaiah Stigers, Elijah Stigers and Rylee Stigers; and her half-brother Douglas Underwood.
