She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Hardin and Myrtle Hardin; her son Shawn Michael Smith; and her grandson Luke Mattingly. She is survived by : her husband Terry Mattingly; her children, Steven Bradley Smith (Rachael Stevenson) and Stephanie Thomas (Tim); her stepson Chris Mattingly; her daughter Dee Dee Kaiser; her siblings, Jewell Hood (Namond), Barbie Bird (late Jesse) and Joe Hardin (Patricia); her grandchildren, Dakota Smith (Madalynn Thompson), Reagan Spalding, Nikolas Spalding, Mikayela Reece, Gabe Smith, Brent Smith and Lexe Mattingly; and her great grandchildren, Gatlyn Smith and Paisley Mattingly.
