She is survived by: her mother Carol Salot Carrico of Lebanon; her husband Kenny Smothers of Lebanon; her sons, Jay Smothers (Stephanie Hafley) of Bradfordsville and Timothy Smothers (Whitley) of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Brady Beard, Abbi Smothers Porter (Trey), Phoenix Bowman, Jett Bowman of Zach Lee, J. T, Grace Smothers and Hunter Smothers; and her siblings, Robby Carrico, Pam Muir (Leige) and Laurie Carrico. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bosley Funeral Home (246 S Proctor Knott Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
