He is survived by : his significant other Kathy Monroe of Harrodsburg; his significant other's sons, James Monroe (Susie) of Harrodsburg, Nicholas Monroe of Lebanon and Michael Monroe (Jasmine) of Orlando, Florida; and his brothers, Larry Blandford (Janice) of Lexington and Terry Blandford of Louisville.
