It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Falycity Marie Tate of Lebanon, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 24, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Richard Cowherd, Benita, Greg Burch and Edward Tate. She is survived by : her parents, Tabatha Kay Tate of Versailles and Richard Scott of Lebanon; her stepmother Brittany Wilson of Versailles; her siblings, Michael Scott (Teresa) of Lebanon, Arieyon Smith of Lebanon, Chanity Wayne of Lebanon, Hannah Scott of Lebanon, Raylynn Scott of Lebanon, Lexi Nehegan of Lebanon, Lyla Scott of Lebanon, Jaquous Johnson of Campbellsville, Deszi Hatfield of Campbellsville and Taylor Hatfield of Campbellsville; and her grandparents, Kathy Cowherd of Lebanon, Frieda Tate of Lebanon, James and Denise Wilson of Versailles. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
