He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Howell Howard Sr. and Pearl Howard (Hendren); his daughter Carrie Ann Hutchins; his siblings, Joan Smith (Reginald), Joyce Howard, Jeff Howard, John Young Howard, Jullian Howard and Jerry "Pete" Howard; and his brother-in-law Irvin Vittitow.
He is survived by: his sons, Paul Howard III of Taylor County and Bradley Howard (Jennifer) of Lebanon; his siblings, Joe Howard (Laura), Jean Downs, Janice Vittitow and Jane Cross (Jimmy); his sisters-in-law, Betty Jo Howard and Pam Howard; his grandchildren, Blair Barnhill (JT), Austin Howard (Caitlyn), Amber Sabens (Avery), Haeli Howard, Aaron Jacob Howard and Madelyn Howard; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Mason Sabens, Kennedy and Cason Howard.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bosley Funeral Home (246 S Proctor Knott Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine Catholic Church (235 S Spalding Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033).
