He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Crawford; his children, Charles Kevin Crawford (Melanie) and Jennifer Stikeleather (Glen); his grandchildren, Ashley Gerke, Lisa Crawford and Brent Crawford; his great grandchildren, Bella Annalessa and Erickson; his brother Loy Crawford; his caregiver Ann Hudson; and his friends, Doris Harder and Shirley Oller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
